When Canadian power duo The Standstills had their van broken into while on the road, Erikson Music, A Division of JAM Industries and Hagstrom Guitars helped them out with some replacement Hagstrom guitars to get them back on their feet, and off to Nova Scotia for a series of shows with Nickelback and other great Canadian bands. Glad to have helped them out!

Grey Market Products, What buyers should know!

Erikson Music and Korg Canada have added a grey market buyer education link to our websites. This is to inform customers about the risks with grey market goods. Basically, if you are shopping strictly on price, chances are you will get burned. Buying in Canada from a local store is the best way to ensure you have a warranty and full support, plus properly certified products with the correct owner's manuals. Amazon 3rd party is another place where you will see Canadian dealers listed who sell on that market place. Buying 3rd party from a listed Canadian store is
a good way to ensure you have purchased wisely. Check out the info at www.korgcanada.com or www.eriksonmusic.com, under the heading Resources, Buyer Education.

Erikson Music, Korg Canada welcomes our new Product Specialist

Please join us in welcoming Michael Atallah to our team. Michael is an accomplished keyboardist and musician. He plays piano, church organ and naturally keyboards and synths in several bands including SoulPivot, Dance knights, and the ABand4u wedding band. He enjoys several styles such as Jazz, Pop, Reggae, country and classical. His name should be Dr. Michael since he also has a PhD in telecommunications engineering. He is from Syria, speaks Arabic, English and French, and Canada and JAM is now his new home.

Peter Patrick's Retirement

This is entirely too late, we would like to wish our friend and colleague Peter Patrick a happy retirement. Peter will always be a dedicated JAM employee having been with the company over 45 years. His good nature, big heart and always wanting to do the right thing is greatly appreciated. Amazing guitar player we trust he will continue to practice, noodle and play and look forward to more of his songs and covers on his acoustic.
All the best Peter, you will be dearly missed!
